This painting was in my Degree Show ‘Evocations’ and was purchased by the OPW as a result. I am interested in who we represent ourselves within our own environment through saturated colours, layered elements, and our experiences. I like to have a human presence in my work without the figure being notably present to create a work that is visually appealing for the audience.
